" User ": refers to any natural person who uses the Signs @ LMB Service for consultation or research and use of the Content.
" Contributor ": refers to any natural person who uses the Signs @ LMB Service for the purpose of publishing Content and enriching its Content. p>
Signs @ LMB is a web service intended to build and use in collaborative mode a dictionary in French Sign Language (LSF) trade and business jargons.
It is aimed primarily at employees speaking French Sign Language and their interpreters.
The main functions are to offer a sign in the form of a short video, to request a sign, to search, to consult and to comment on signs. But also to create their lists of signs and to share them.
The proposed contents are hosted on a private Dailymotion channel and are only visible via the Signs @ LMB Service.
Signs @Work is offered free of charge, accessible in particular at the address: https://telsigne.adis-savoie.fr . The User and the Contributor must have the equipment required for the use of Signs @ LMB.
Consultation of the Service is open to any natural person over the age of 18 wishing to use the service for purposes non-commercial.
To be able to use the Signs @ LMB Service, the User (and / or Contributor) must register and create an account.
When opening the account, the User (and / or Contributor) must communicate the requested personal information relating to his identity such as name, first name, email address, Failing that, the opening of the User account will not be possible.
The User (and / or Contributor) undertakes that the information provided during registration is reliable and consistent with reality and constantly updated.

The User (and / or Contributor) acknowledges and agrees to keep confidential the login and password allowing access to his account. The login and password are personal and must not be shared or transferred to any natural or legal person, in any form whatsoever.
The User (and / or Contributor) is alone responsible for his account and the use he makes of it and must inform Orange in the event of unauthorized use of his account or any other breach of its security.
Orange will provide its best efforts to ensure the best possible availability and quality of the Service. Orange will endeavor to keep the service accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Orange reserves the right, however, in particular for maintenance reasons, to temporarily suspend access to the service, without this interruption giving rise to any right to any compensation for the benefit of the User, the Contributor or any third party.

Orange cannot be held liable in the following cases in particular:
- contamination by virus or any other element at risk of the service and equipment of the User or Contributor, or other malicious intrusion by third parties despite the reasonable security measures put in place by the User, the Contributor and by Orange,
- difficulties of access, operation, interruption of the Signs @ LMB Service,
- misuse of the Service by the User or the Contributor,
- mismatch between the Service and the expectations of the User or the Contributor.
The User and the Contributor are solely responsible for the use made of the right of use granted to them at the end of the present contract and guarantee Orange against any illicit, non-compliant and / or unauthorized use of the Signs @ LMB Service.
The User and the Contributor are solely responsible under these conditions for the damage and direct prejudice caused to Orange or to any third party of the use of the Service.
Orange cannot therefore be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by Users, Contributors or by third parties who find their source in the information disseminated on Signs @Work, and more generally, in the consultation and use of Sign s @ Work.
By providing Content on Signs @ LMB, each Contributor is responsible for the Content he publishes on the Signs @ LMB Service.
< p> Consequently, each Contributor is required to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force.It is therefore their responsibility to ensure that the storage and distribution of this Content via Signs @ LMB does not constitute not a violation of the rights of third parties, and in particular of the intellectual property rights of third parties or image rights (in particular protected content that the Contributor has not produced personally or for which he does not have the necessary authorizations). p>
The distribution, reproduction or representation of the Content published on Signs @ LMB must be carried out in compliance with the intellectual property code, in particular the rules protecting copyright and image rights.
Any authorized reuse must involve the explicit mention of the name of the author and / or of the source from which the work is taken.
By uploading and making available to Users Content on and / or through Signs @Work, the Contributor guarantees that he holds all the necessary rights and authorizations from the legitimate holders of rights to the Content concerned.
Failing this, if it appears obvious that the Content is integrated without rights on Signs @ LMB, it may be immediately withdrawn and / or the Contributor responsible for this integration on Signs @ LMB may be prohibited from using the Service without prior formality. Each Contributor is and remains the holder of the associated rights on the Content he chooses to publish.
When ' a Contributor submits Content on Signs @ LMB, which grants Orange the non-exclusive, transferable right (including the right to sub-license), free of charge, and for the whole world, to use, reproduce, distribute, perform derivative works, represent and perform the Content as part of the operation of the Signs @ LMB service or in connection with the provision of Content on Signs @ LMB, in particular, without limitation , for the promotion and redistribution of all or part of the Content (and the derivative works resulting therefrom), in any format, on any medium and via all media channels.

The User and the Contributor may not infer from the use of the Signs @ LMB Service any authorization to use the brands that remain the property of Orange for any purpose.
The source code for the Signs @ LMB service is available under the terms of the GNU GPL version 2.0 open source license (https: // github. com / Orange-OpenSource / signs-at-work-social-network-dictionnary # readme).
Thus the User can use it in compliance with the terms of this license and subject to compliance to these T & Cs.
The use of the Signs @ LMB Service requires, on the part of the User (and / or Contributor), the communication of a certain amount of personal data (the "Personal Data") which will be processed by Orange as part of the execution of these T & Cs in accordance with the Personal Data Policy of the Sign @ work Service which is an integral part of these T & Cs.

These T & Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute not settled in a transactional manner will be brought before the competent court of Paris.

Personal Data processed by Orange as part of the Signs @ LMB service is data that is voluntarily communicated by the User (and / or Contributor) when registering to the service:
The User and / or Contributor is informed that the Personal Data indicated as mandatory on the registration form and communicated voluntarily by the User and / or Contributor are necessary for the use of the Signs @ LMB service.
